Practical information

Consultations

Consultations by appointment every weekday, including Wednesday afternoon. Where possible, please book through this website.

One appointment is for one person. For several people, please book an appointment for each. That way the patients after you do not wait unnecessarily.

Unable to come? Cancel via the link in your confirmation e-mail.

Using the same link, you can move your appointment up to 12 hours before it starts.

Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance. A later cancellation or a missed appointment may be charged.

The doctor also handles urgent cases, so you may occasionally have to wait a little, even with an appointment.

Home visits

A home visit is intended for people who are too ill to come to the practice themselves. At the practice we have your full record and all the equipment needed to help you best.

Home visits can only be requested by telephone, during the call times from 8:00 to 8:30 and from 12:00 to 12:15.

No fixed time can be agreed for a home visit.

Prescriptions and certificates

Prescriptions and certificates are not issued on request by telephone. The doctor needs to consult your record, and that takes time.

A request for a false certificate is always refused.

Emergency

Life-threatening emergency: call 112.

GP out-of-hours service: call 1733.

Outside the practice's hours, the out-of-hours service takes over:
